Refund Policy

Subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of plan activation, provided no more than 2 live sessions have been attended and no more than 20% of the language lab content has been completed.

After the 7-day window, refunds are pro-rated based on remaining sessions in the current month, minus payment processing fees (max 2.5%).

The free placement test is non-refundable (it is free of charge by default). Private sessions cancelled by the student less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
