  • Global and inclusive — open to men and women worldwide.
  • Age group: 12–45 (school and university students, graduates, professionals).
  • Minimum level: A2 — you just need to hold a basic conversation.
  • Active engagement: willingness to speak, share airtime and exchange cultures.
  • Commitment and respect: reliable attendance at scheduled sessions.
  • Tech readiness: a stable internet connection and familiarity with Zoom.
